You must notify 3patta immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 3patta will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation, including loss arising from unauthorised access that was not promptly reported.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting us at the email address set out in Clause 16. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
Subject to these Terms, 3patta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform or create derivative works from any Content on the Platform.
You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

Where 3patta describes or references bonus offers, welcome promotions, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, VIP rewards or any other promotional incentive (collectively, "Promotions"), the following general conditions apply unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:
